Guardians 3 motion code doesn’t work for me. Anyone else had trouble with the GotG 3 code? It’s recognised by the HEMC but the chair doesn’t move. Been trying to watch the movie since the code was released. I cannot watch it without the motion code. I just can’t! :persevere:

I noticed your post about having trouble with the motion code for Guardians of the Galaxy 3.
Let me jump in and try to help you out with this.

First off, I want to assure you that we ran extensive tests on the Guardians of the Galaxy 3 motion code with all our equipment in the lab, and it worked flawlessly.
However, I understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as expected.

Here are a couple of tips that might help you get the motion code working smoothly:

  • Keep your HEMC (Home Entertainment Motion Controller) connected to the internet at all times. This will make sure that the motion codes are readily available whenever you need them.

  • By leaving the HEMC online, we can also remotely connect to it and check for any possible issues, so it’s a good idea to have it connected whenever possible.

  • Double-check the haptic movements settings to make sure they are not muted.
    Also, adjust the intensity of the movement and vibration settings to 0dB for the best experience.

I hope these suggestions make a difference, and you can fully enjoy watching Guardians of the Galaxy 3 with the motion code activated.

Hi Luka.
Thanks for looking at my issue. All other motion codes work with no problems. Months ago, Violent Night and The Sea Beast didn’t work for several weeks then started working after a while. I was worried in case this particular code was corrupted or something.
Do you mean it’s best to leave the HEMC on all the time? I usually turn it on just when I’m going to watch something.
I’ll contact Support as suggested.

The Blu-ray disc of Suzume has already been released in Japan. Can the motion code be launched as soon as possible?
